The company
concept was founded 4 years ago focusing on the selling of pre-owned, de-registered, replaced or damaged assets. We are a women owned company with BEE
component. Our Core focus is to provide a service of Brokering deals between
the seller and available Buyers.
Our service
ensures that we manage the entire process from inventory to collection for both
the Seller & the Approved Buyer (s). Due to our experience and vast data
base we are able to match assets to the best suited option and market.
The pre-owned or
commonly called “Second hand” market is vast and often intricate and is much
more than “Granny’s old feather bed” The supply and demand continuously shifts
effecting the pricing and market trend. As a broad rule of thumb one can expect
pricing to range between 10% and 35% of replacement value, depending on
condition and quantity.
We also handle
the process of staff purchasing the assets or donations to charities. This
ensures transparency and fair trade. Specialised or valuable items are
naturally treated accordingly. We support a “Green” idealism and where required
will and where required will ensure unusable or irreparable goods are recycled
or a suitable alternative use if found for them.
From a single
lonely item to a vast bulk of items either way each one will be treated with
our “twice loved” approach. Our objective is to provide a sustainable service
throughout the year to our clients for all their pre owned assets.

Hotel Management always have a fully booked plate of duties and our service
ensures the hassle of this mostly unaccounted yet ever present need is taken
